Delivery & Installation - Our Road Warriors
Unlike nearly every competitor, we don’t outsource critical manufacturing & installation services to anonymous sub-contractors. Our factory-certified technicians are trained to do the job right, and coordinate together with our warehouse and project coordination teams to complete your project with maximum efficiency. We take pride in the details.
Our trucks are sanitized daily to protect our teams and our customers. We provide them with cleaning kits and the proper protective gear to keep them and you safe. They clean and sanitize the work area thoroughly before and after installation. We are careful to protect your site during the installation. Installers wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings.
Our installers also will walk you through the proper operation and care of your new appliances taking the time to assure you will get the upmost satisfaction from your investment.
When you trust PIRCH with the installation of your appliances, we extend any manufacturer warranty by 1 year. That’s our promise to ensure that the job will always be done right.
The Warehouse - A Beehive of Activity
In three warehouses covering all of Southern California our teams start each day loading products into our installation & delivery trucks. After they all hit the road, the teams begin receiving products from the 100+ suppliers we use. We inventory everything and hold it until it is ready to be delivered and installed. The next day, it starts all over again.
Customer Care - The Nerve Center of PIRCH
Our Customer Care team consists of well trained and dedicated project coordinators who keep you up-to-date on your project status, and ensure your installation is scheduled as soon as everything is ready. They work seamlessly with the sales team, warehouse, and installers to track product and have everything ready for install date. We work with your contractor to ensure the site is properly prepared ahead of installation. We even have site inspectors who will come out and confirm site specs firsthand.
We also have customer care specialist that handle follow ups like service and warranty. We extend every manufacturer warranty by one year on everything we install, taking responsibility for managing the manufacturer warranty on your behalf. When you have warrantied service needs you just call us and we handle it with the manufacturer.

Most of the brands we offer are governed by UMRP (Unilateral Minimum Resale Price), which dictates the minimum price all retailers can charge for their products. So, you don’t pay more when you buy from PIRCH, no matter what. We shop the marketplace constantly to ensure we are always competitive on products that are not UMRP.
